Summers Past is a friendly, relaxed, and active roleplay established on the 15th August, 2015. Though we are inspired by the Harvest Moon games franchise, prior knowledge isn't needed to be able to jump on in as our plot and characters are all completely original. We are open to everyone regardless of writing skill or former roleplay experience, and we aim for nothing more than simple roleplaying fun with our no word-count and lax activity requirement policy!

The Harvest King never wrote it in the stars, but he hadn't needed to - it was always clear that the village and the city could never live in harmony. Both are at turning points. Ioana Valley, the dwindling village, is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy. Westhaven, the flourishing city, is on the verge of running out of space.

The businessmen are relentless, desperately wanting to get their hands on the village. The villagers are distraught, refusing to give up their homes. A street of theirs may have fallen not too long ago, but they'll fight till the end for their very livelihoods.

It's a case of urban versus rural, and nobody is going down quietly.

BALLOON FESTIVAL (February 22nd)
The Balloon Festival is returning once again. Celebrate the start of a new year with a wish to the Harvest Goddess.

HARMONY DAY (March 17th)
Love is in the air! Or, at least, it's on those notecards our dear old Aunt Bessy dealt out to the singletons of Ioana and Westhaven! It's Blind Dates time, baby!

SPRING FLING (April 14th)
The most popular festival of last year, Spring Fling is back and better than ever! It's time to crown a new royal court for the new year!
